What is the Medicaid Prenatal Care Services Program?
The Medicaid Prenatal Care Services Program, formerly known as the PCAP program, is designed to provide comprehensive mother/baby healthcare services to all women in financial need.
Who will take care of me?
Physicians, certified nurse midwives and registered nurses provide all maternity services to program participants.
Am I eligible for the program?
The Center for Women's Health will assist you in applying for Medicaid benefits. You will receive benefits as soon as your application has been processed. Please call the Center for Women's Health Medicaid Eligibility Financial Screeners at (718) 226-6929.

There is no age requirement, and you do not have to prove citizenship. Employed women are welcome. Free pregnancy testing at all locations. Bilingual providers available.
