The Division of Pediatric Surgery provides general and thoracic surgical care for infants, children and adolescents. Our specialty includes:

• Surgery of the esophagus, stomach and intestine (including colorectal)

• Surgery of the liver, gall bladder, spleen and pancreas

• Hernia surgery

• Endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid)

• Testicular surgery (undescended testis, varicocele, tumor)

• Surgery in the newborn (correction of congenital abnormalities)

• Surgery of the neck, chest and lungs

• Surgery for cancer and other tumors

Minimally-invasive techniques including laparoscopy, thoracoscopy and endoscopy are used where applicable. Prenatal consultations for conditions diagnosed during pregnancy are welcome.
