    Physician Bio

    Dr. Frank Rosell performs coronary artery bypass and heart valve surgery as well as cardiac laser lead extraction and atrial fibrillation ablation procedures. His role as a cardiothoracic surgeon, and leader in his field, is an asset to our hospital and our community. As Director of Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Rosell is dedicated to the management of patients with lung disease. Working closely with a multidisciplined team of doctors, he offers patients comprehensive care and treatment.

    Dr. Rosell received his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at New York Medical College in Vhalla, NY, and continued with a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified in general and thoracic surgery and joined the team of Cardiothoracic Surgery in 2000.
