    Physician Bio

    Dr. Murlidhar Pahuja has been in practice on Staten Island for over 30 years. His wealth of experience is a vital component to the expert care of the acutely ill surgical patient. The breadth of his knowledge of general surgery is valuable to the care of all of his patients. Dr. Pahuja ia also very active in the care of patients with benign and maligmant breast disease.

    Dr. Murlidhar Pahuja is board certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. He has been in practice on Staten Island for over 30 years. Dr. Pahuja received his medical school degree from Liaquat Medical College, Pakistan. He completed his Internship at Medical College of Pennsylvania and his Surgical Residency at Stamford Hospital, New York Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital. He completed his Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care and Burns at New York Hospital–Cornell.
