Dr. Nachum Katlowitz is the Director of Urology, as well as the Director of Male Sexual Dysfunction and Male Infertility at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Katlowitz is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate.
Dr. Katlowitz received a B.S. in Chemistry from Brooklyn College, and his Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College. In addition to his urology residency, completed at the Montefiore Einstein Center in the Bronx, in 1990, Dr. Katlowitz undertook a Fellowship in Male Infertility and Male Sexual Dysfunction based at Cabrini Medical Center in New York City under the auspices of New York University Hospital. Dr. Katlowitz is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is one of the few fellowship-trained urologists on Staten Island. He is a member of numerous sub-specialty organizations in urology, including the Sexual Medicine Society and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction.
