STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A tribute to Sept. 11 victims is taking place at the Memorial Wall at Staten Island University Hospital, Ocean Breeze.

The names of Staten Island victims were read at 8:45, and a team of bagpipers are on hand.

The memorial wall has inscribed the names of 268 Staten Island victims of Sept. 11, including Felicia Dunn Jones, who died of Ground-Zero related respiratory illness.

A tribute is also taking place at the Flag of Heroes Display in the lobby of SIUH's Prince's Bay campus.
