Get a flu shot and you won’t get the flu, at least this year.

There’s still time.

said ED Chairman Dr. Brahim Ardolic.

How to avoid spreading the flu?

  • Wash your hands
  • Wash your hands
  • And keep washing says Dr. Ardolic

Stay home the first day you’re starting to feel sick.
Not the day after you high fever, stomach and muscle pain.

Not everyone with the flu or flu symptoms needs to visit the E.R. or their doctor.

If you’re under 65 years of age or your child is over 6 months, most often you can let your symptoms need to run their course.

Stay hydrated.

You know your body. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms and feel that you require immediate attention, consult your physician or visit the E.R.
