HOSPITALISTS

The research categories that the Division of Hospital Medicine is involved with include the delivery of quality patient care, healthcare system economics and efficiencies and transitional models of care.  As the backbone of the Medicine Department, the division welcomes opportunities to collaborate with all medical divisions at SIUH as well as other clinical departments.  As a member of the North Shore-LIJ Health System, we are at the nascent stages of inter-institutional research with our hospitalist colleagues and look forward to sharing ideas with our sister hospitals.
