RN/LMSW Coordinator (P/T)

Coordinator/Parkinson's Disease. Part-time, grant funded position. N.Y.S. RN License or N.Y.S. LMSW required. One year experience coordinating community related programs; program development skills required. 3-5 years experience in Neurology or Gerontology preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to a variety of locations on Staten Island and Brooklyn for programs conducted at sites outside the hospital required. This a Part-Time position (18.75 hours per week - variable days).
