Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. Minimum of 5 years experience as Utilities Engineer, Chief Engineer; at least 5 years supervisory experience in an Engineering Department of a medical facility as Maintenance Supervisor; experience in maintenance of larger central air conditioning units, centrifugal type; cogeneration setting preferred. Applicant must have Stationary Engineer’s License and Refrigeration License valid in New York City. New York City Certification for Central Oxygen Systems, Standpipe, and Sprinkler preferred.
