Stationary Engineer/ Plant Operations

High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus specialized training in HVAC systems required. Must possess minimum three years related experience, inclusing maintenance and repair of HVAC high pressure equipment including centrifugal refrigeration units, cooling towers, pumps, motors and air handling systems. Valid and current NYC Stationary Engineer license, NYC Refrigeration license (unlimited capacity) plus NYC Certificates of Fitness in oxygen, vaccum and sprinkler systems required. Utilities Engineer/Plant Operations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required. Minimum of 5 years experience as Utilities Engineer, Chief Engineer; at least 5 years supervisory experience in an Engineering Department of a medical facility as Maintenance Supervisor; experience in maintenance of larger central air conditioning units, centrifugal type; cogeneration setting preferred. Applicant must have Stationary Engineer’s License and Refrigeration License valid in New York City. New York City Certification for Central Oxygen Systems, Standpipe, and Sprinkler preferred. HVAC Mechanic/Plant Operations
High School Diploma or equivalent required. CFC Reclaimer certificate and NYC Fire dept. G-95 certificate of fitness required. Minimum of three years experience in maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment including centrifugal units, cooling towers, pumps, motors and air handling systems required which includes servicing pneumatic control systems and large air handling systems.
