HealthPass
is a health insurance purchasing alliance for small businesses in New York
City, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, and Rockland counties. The goal of
HealthPass is to offer small businesses many of the advantages that large
employers now have in purchasing employee health benefits.
Healthy
NY creates a standardized health insurance benefit that is made more
affordable through State sponsorship. The small employer must meet certain
eligibility criteria based on the income levels and participation rate of
employees in addition to the rate of employer contribution.
Working
Today is a national nonprofit organization offering health insurance and
other benefits to independent workers. Working Today is a primary source
for affordable health insurance for freelancers, consultants, independent
contractors, temps, part-timers, contingent employees and the
self-employed in the New York City area. For
