Siu-Pun Chan, M.D. Director, Pediatric Critical Care The Division of Critical Care cares for children with life-threatening illnesses and injuries in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Members of the Critical Care Team are specially trained to provide advanced life-saving treatment including mechanical ventilation, intensive monitoring, trauma care and post-operative management. Dr. Siu-Pun Chan is Medical Director of the PICU and works
closely with a complete panel of pediatric and surgical subspecialists, who are
available at all times to assist in the care of complex patients. Dr. Chan received his training in Pediatric Pulmonology at
the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center and is Board
